Bought a bike that was sold as new, turns out it had been used, as shifter and folk had marks plus tyres were not super clean for a new bike. Not great service as won't share return details. This was a birthday present for my 15 year old. Spent £1500 and still the service is poor. Small things make a big difference. I know this is fantastic business (as you can tell from the website and local community feedback) but stop trying to boil the ocean and concentrate on customer service & experience. Being busy is no excuse, spend a little time for every that comes to you.

We parked here overnight in our campervan in return for having breakfast in the cafe. What a great idea, and I wished that more places took a similar enlightened attitude to campervan and motorhome overnight parking. The breakfast was lovely and the surroundings were pleasant and peaceful. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I’ve cycled here a few times before and really think the food has got even better. I had the vegetarian breakfast at about 12pm which was great with little sautéed potatoes, 2 eggs and some good veggie sausages. A great stop over or destination cycling from Cambridge. It’s got everything! Long may it last please use this cafe ! Also the young guy working there was so friendly and polite, he seemed to be quite new to the job and had to deal with some pretty demanding customers. We’ve all started somewhere and had to learn, and top marks to him for persevering and taking it in his stride. 👏 👏 👏

Wonderful cafe with a great selection of cakes but the main reason for this review is the exceptional customer service from the bike repair team. Our 7yo son had damaged his derailleur two days before his first cycle event and the amazing team didn't have one in stock, and couldn't get one before the competion. They called other rival local bike shops to find one, without success, and eventually removed one from another bike they had on display. It was an amazing example of customer service and we're incredibly grateful to them as our son was able to enter his first race.

First time using their workshop and I’ve had a very good experience, everybody is very friendly, easy to talk and profesional. They got my bike ready really quick and I can really feel the difference after the service, such a smooth ride!

My only complaint is that this place isn't closer to where I live. Chaps in the bike shop are really friendly and work really quickly. The price is incredibly reasonable too. 10/10 for that part of the business. The coffee shop is a great spot, with some of the best coffee I have had in Suffolk, again with really lovely service.

They told us they were not serving full English breakfasts only baps which we was okay with but then looked around us and everyone else has got a full English even though they weren’t serving this apparently. Don’t know why they refused to serve us out of everyone else and the staff then said it was because it was “busy”. There was only 2 other small families in the place with us so that was a pointless remark 🙄

Great cafe. Outstanding warm sausage roll. Coffee & cake very good too. Good service. As a hungry cyclist I'd have appreciated a larger portion of cake, but would be a bit churlish to knock off a star, so top marks.
